what would be MORE helpful is if people donated money to sen. claire mccaskill’s campaign against akin. did you know she was missouri’s first female elected senator? she was and she’s GREAT. todd akin has been getting ridiculous amounts of money from outside the state that’s allowed him to run awful and misleading attack ads on dozens of tv channels dozens of times a day. mccaskill can’t compete money-wise, and she’s getting steamrolled.

as a woman in missouri, seeing todd akin represent my interests in the senate would be a nightmare.
